We would like to congratulate Lynn Armstrong on achieving the Employee of the Quarter Award. Lynn earned this award through his dedication to RCTA and its clients.

He started here at RCTA February of 2025 as a part-time driver. The particular story that stood out and led to his nomination began when Lynn had a premium service pick up not that long ago that was truly memorable. The client being released from the hospital did not have the best experience with how the hospital staff handled her release. Lynn, however, showed true compassion, concern, caring and patience for this client. He encouraged her rather than pushing. He showed her that his primary concern was for her safety and to get her to her home no matter how long it took. The level of kindness and humanity he demonstrated was second to none and truly put a tear in the eyes of those who seen. He clearly endeavors to take care of our clients and without a doubt represents the service RCTA strives to provide to Roscommon County.

Congratulations Lynn, keep up the great work!
