Schedule, cancel, find out when your trip is without having to wait. Scheduling is limited to a 2 hour minimum window with the assistant. If the assistant is unable to help you it will send you to the next available dispatcher. Premiums service will not be eligible for use of the Automated Assistant and must go through dispatch.
