AUTOMATED ASSISTANT

TIRED OF WAITING ON HOLD?

Tired of waiting on hold to speak to dispatch? RCTA is officially implementing an Automated Assistant to help with your in county transportation needs.. Schedule, cancel, find out when your trip is without having to wait. Scheduling is limited to a 2 hour minimum window with the assistant. If the assistant is unable to help you it will send you to the next available dispatcher. Premiums service will not be eligible for use of the Automated Assistant and must go through dispatch.
