Driver- Part time: Seeking part-time drivers willing to work 5 days a week and occasional Saturdays. Applicants currently holding a CDL license with P endorsement is a plus. However, RCTA is willing to train the right individual. Successful applicants must possess a High School diploma or GED, be able to pass a criminal background check and drivers license check, and pass a pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening. Starting wages without a CDL is $17.87/hr. while training, with a CDL is $18.37/hr. while training, and all employees will receive a raise around the 6 month mark to $18.69/ hr. as you are released from probation and become a regular employee. Certified Mechanic- Full Time- Successful candidate will be a self-starter with a general knowledge of auto/light truck repair including everything from engines to oil changes. Computer skills are a must. Strong knowledge of electrical systems is a plus. Must be able to pass criminal and driver’s license background checks, pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screenings. Successful applicants will have a high school diploma or GED. Would prefer someone holding a class C CDL with passenger endorsement, but may train the right candidate. We offer a competitive wage and benefit package. Wages starting at $21.67 with 4 or more Michigan certifications.
