Online requests must be sent in no less than 72hrs. before your requested trip. If your trip is desired within 72hrs. Please call 989-366-5309 option #1 and speak directly with a dispatcher.
Your request will be processed and a follow-up email will be sent with your scheduled time. Please allow +/- 15 minutes from the scheduled time for your bus arrival. If your time has exceeded that window, please call and let us know. This form will generate one trip request, please use additional forms for additional requests. If you do not receive an email within 72 hrs., please check your spam folder.
