We would like to congratulate John Duncan on achieving the Employee of the Quarter Award. John earned this award through his dedication to RCTA and its clients. He has been described as respectful, considerate and very polite.
John started with RCTA September of 2023 and has really put on some miles as one of our occasional drivers. One of the clients that nominated him for recognition complemented how he drove to her residence in the middle of the ice storm when dispatch was unable to reach her since phone service was out. He went to her door and personally made sure she was safe and she was so grateful that he cared that much. He endeavors to take care of our clients and truly represents the service RCTA strives to provide to Roscommon County.
