Request Trips from the comfort of your app!!

Speak to a dispatcher today and they can send you a link to get the process started. Please contact dispatch to send the link before you download the app. If you download the app and create a profile before you speak with dispatch and they send you a link, your profile will not sync with the app and you will be unable to submit ride requests. Should that occur you will need to reach out to the support system for the app.

Please note, scheduling through the app is for in county rides only, to book a non-emergency medical trip out of county, you must contact dispatch. Also, the app is only monitored during business hours. If a request is made after hours for a future trip, it may not be responded to until the next business day.
